Brief synopsis of Rock Band: AC DC Live

Published by MTV Games, Rock Band: AC/DC Live is a whole new way for music fans to experience rock's most timeless and hardest hitting act. Featuring 18 tracks from AC/DC's epic, live performance at Castle Donington in 1991, the standalone game allows players to experience the glory of playing live on stage virtually just like AC/DC, one of the greatest rock bands of all time. In addition, all 18 original live tracks on the Rock Band: AC/DC Live soundtrack can be exported to Rock Band and Rock Band 2 for play in all game modes including World Tour and Battle of the Bands Challenges.

Rated - 2 starsOK, but watch out GH: WT drummers

This is obviously targeted at AC/DC fans, which I am. The set list is OK, personally I would have preferred some more older stuff but there you go.

It was good fun to play on the guitar but this game WILL NOT WORK with Guitar Hero: World Tour drums. As a keen GH:WT and Rock Band 2 drummer I was disapointed to learn that this game is based on Rock Band 1 so the only way to play the drums using the WT kit is to BUY the game and import the songs. The retail version ships with a one time use code which is obviously not supplied with the rental.

Really not worth bothering with, unless you like AC DC!! I do prefer Rock Band to Guitar Hero now though, as the game plays much better!!
