Not the best of the four films, but it still holds your attention throughout. The movie however slows down to a crawl for 20 minutes in the middle of the film.

Mel still plays the part of the dare devil Martin Riggs who finally meets his match in the form of Lorna Cole, a beautiful but tough policewoman. Together with Roger Murtaugh, his partner, the three attempt to expose a crooked formed policeman and his huge arms racket. Great Action Thriller.
