I missed most of these when they were aired, I do enjoy this series so perhaps a bit biased, but a good Sunday night (when they were originally aired) viewing.

This episode probes into the club/rave/drug culture, with members close to Morse being involved, so a bit of a more personal look at Inspector Morse.

Good if you enjoy this series.

Not one of the best -- too many stones left unturned for my liking.

Morse snarls,as usual,at anyone with less finesse than he has. It's just too dated a film of teenagers and drugs, the usual suspects. If I were Lewis I'd be shot of the curmudgeon and take myself down to an Oxford pub or a teenage 'rave' to forget Morses' emphases in the wrong places.
