Rated - 5 starsEd - the best rock guitarist ever!

a stunning concert with the whole band having great fun and it shows! far better than the 'right here right now' concert where they were more going thru the motions (and Ed no longer played his stripey guitar!) this is the defining Van Halen concert and good that it is now finally out on DVD!

and of course the star of the concert.. the stunning Eddie Van Halen making the guitar sound like no else can or ever will.. and yes I think he is all round better than Hendrix, he just had the misfortune to be born after him so Jimi got in there first! Eddie is simply now a living guitar legend.. rent this DVD and you will see why!

Rated - 5 starsAwesome live concert

Bill and Teds favourite band - this is the mighty Van Halen in concert. Loads of great songs and some brilliant solos on bass and drums and not forgetting the out-of-this-world guitar playing by Eddie Van Halen. It is worth renting just to watch his solos, the guy makes sounds never heard on a guitar and makes your jaw drop! He is probably the most technically brilliant guitar player of all time - I have never seen anyone match his skills.

Sammy Hagar had taken over from Dave Lee Roth at this point and the band look like they are really enjoying themselves. You will too if you rent this.
