Rated - 3 starsA triumph of bad taste and poor filmmaking

If kitsch is your thing try this out, but be warned it is an incredible waste of time.

I got it out being a great fan of Natasha Lyonne, and she doesnt let you down. Her character is exactly what she does best, trampy, un-flappable and without moral values.

But I did have to watch it mostly in fast forward....

Rated - 4 starsWell I liked it

This film does have some flaws, but it was still entertaining with some good special effects. At times the film looked cheap and poorly put together but at others it looked quite well made. Rod Stieger as Van Helsing was a bit dodgy as was however played the Count. On a more positive note the film had some quirky humour and some original stuff. it was a little like Near Dark but not quite as good. I also think that this is the sort of film that might someday gain some cult status as Near Dark has.I have rated this 4 stars but really it is somewhere between 3 and 4

Rated - 1 starsDont even think about renting it!

A customer from Scotlands Son , 10/02/2005

One of the worst films ever made-period. Always a bad sign when the main star is also the excecutive producer!

Looks like a made for TV film complete with terrible script & low budget dire special effects. Better hire Little Vampire (kids film) as more realistic.
