I'm a RM fan, some of his films, while heavily aimed at shocking middle america with nudity have some v. controversial but strong ideals around racism, sexism, 'big brother', etc... Unfortunately, this film is just aimed at shock with girl after girl stripping for the camera. No story, jsut stripping! There is some narration, but this film was basically made for no greater purpose.

Rated - 2 starsLots of jiggery but no pokery

Before the onset of mainstream hardcore porn in the 1970s, this sort of “nudie cutie” fare used to draw the rain coat crowds to the America’s burgeoning “grindhouse” cinemas. The film basically presents a number of women as they perform their individual “dances” (it would probably be considered a fit if performed today) and provide comments about spurious elements of their lives. However despite the short running time (1 hour) this film really does drag, as you are subjected to scene after scene of wobbling flesh and burlesque backdrops. The women vary in size and shape but lack the on-screen charisma of other Meyer starlets like Dischard or name. However, if you are a Meyer fan then it is worth viewing just to hear his rabidly enthusiastic voice over, as he wildly exclaims about the apparent visual delights being presented before you (he would have made a great car salesman). This offers little to anyone other than the Meyer completist, although if you like transistor radios and jiggling breasts then this will prove to be manna-in-heaven for you….. 2/5

The Great Russ Meyer, ah well maybe, but this offering is so dated. The whole movie seems like a 60 minute trailer and at the end what you get is not the main feature but an infant Jonathon Ross doco/interview with Meyer.

Sure the tits are totally out of proportion with everything else on screen, but enough is surely 44 DD.

More like a Documentary.

Ok, naked women but no silly story
