Episodes 3/4 of the third series, not the second as in synopsis. Excellent entertainment with more from Foyle and Sam.

Rated - 5 starsWhat's to say?

This, like all the 'Foyle' films, is just too good. The quiet, even if sometimes plodding, action keeps you enthralled at all times. First class actors - first class script - as always. I would agree that the films are, perhaps, for the older audience but they are very good just the same. Recommended.

The production, writing and acting in these episodes of 'Foyle's War' are again, truly brilliant. The stories I believe are based, however loosely , on true incidents. It brings home, life at that time , if one can say it, it an enlightening if entertaining way.
