Las Vegas is a fast-paced, sexy drama that follows the elite Las Vegas surveillance team charged with maintaining the security of one of "Sin City's" largest resorts and casinos The Montecito. Big Ed Deline (James Caan, The Godfather), former CIA Agent, is the head of the surveillance team for the Montecito Resort & Casino, as well as the newly appointed President of Operations. His right-hand man is Danny McCoy (Josh Duhamel, All My Children), an ex-U.S. Marine and Las Vegas native .Also at the Montecito is Mary Connell (Nikki Cox, Nikki) , Danny's longtime childhood friend and the new special events coordinator, Mike Cannon (James Lesure), the all-knowing head valet who has recently joined Surveillance and security, Nessa Holt (Marsha Thomason) a.k.a. "The Ice Queen," the sleek pit boss, Delinda Deline (Molly Sims), maitre d' for the high-class restaurant Mysitque, and Samantha Marquez (Vanessa Marcil, General Hospital, Beverly Hills, 90210) , the elusive former competitor who is now casino hostess to all the high rollers. The show is shot on location in Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay casino and lobby and a warehouse where surveillance rooms have been constructed.

This is a totally new series to us and it looks very promising. If you like CSI & Law and Order this should be right up your street.

Rated - 1 starsBaywatch rather than CSI

Disclaimer: I only watched the first 3 episodes. However I was really disappointed with Las Vegas. Writing was predictable, acting was wooden. Nothing to leave you guessing. Really irritating 'talk over' to explain the plots that did not need explaining. Was interesting to see shots of Las Vegas but that was about it....

Rated - 5 starsFast Pace & quick witted

If you like American glitzy dramas you love this. It has just the right mix of serious stuff and humour. James Cann and Josh Duhumel are a perfect double act as the lead characters. Very easy veiwing but I would think it is perhaps one for the ladies

Rated - 5 starsTop TV!!

Fed up with the same old TV drama's, well look no further... Las Vegas ticks all the boxes! It has a great cast and every episode is well written with plenty of sub plots running through the season... This for me is up there with 'Alias', 'Lost' & '24' as some the better US TV drama's of recent years... A must watch...
