This is one of the finest entries in Britain's most popular comedy series. Mocking that other bastion of British cinema in the 1960s, the Hammer horror film, Talbot Rothwell's script positively bristles with classic one-liners, the most memorable being Kenneth Williams's gleeful “Frying tonight!” as he sinks into a bubbling cauldron. In his only Carry On, Harry H Corbett is superb as a Holmesian detective, and Fenella Fielding revels in her role as a vampish vampire, but the picture belongs to Williams as the undead Dr Watt, an amalgam of every mad scientist who ever set foot in a lab.

The Carry On series ran from 1963 to 1978. Carry On Screaming is one of the best, and also one of my favourites, as it is a spoof of the hammer house of horror series. it is also set in the victorian era, which i have always found fascinating. harry H corbett from steptoe and son takes the leading role with peter butterworth as his sidekick. they are superb. well worth renting out.

I loved this film!

A combination of comedy horror and sex all topped of by Fennela Fielding's outrageously large boobs!

Full of the usual risqué one liners like "I've got to go and get odd bod up" as the sexy vampire’s pats the monsters crotch relentlessly we laughed ourselves silly.

If stocking tops, large cleavages and dodgy looking Frankenstein monsters is your thing you will love this movie!

The best carry on by far. This one isn't just about sex jokes, although there are a few still in the film. It is a great storyline, which holds throughout the film, and is a different type of story, focusing on monsters. The usual cast appear, but Sid James doesn't. A great film all in all
