Brief synopsis of League Of Gentlemen, The - Series 2

The ne'er-do-wells of Royston Vasey are back in this second LEAGUE OF GENTLEMEN release. Mark Gatiss, Steve Pemberton, and Reece Shearsmith continue creating havoc with bizarrely funny characters such as Tubbs and Edward. This collection contains the entire second season of the series and includes previously unreleased footage.

League Of Gentlemen, The - Series 2 - Bonus Features The bonus disc isn't worth renting unless you are such a fan that you are eager for anything to do with the League of Gentlemen. If you were guaranteed to get it sent with the actual series 2 DVD then fair enough but the bonus discs tend to get sent seperatly and not with the main one when you request them both. Most bonus DVD discs are just extra bits and scraps, designed to be viewed with the main DVD. This one contains a reasonable, but not great, half hour documentary and a dozen or so clips. The rest is just still pictures and music. I had done with this disc in 40 mins.

Really good, a bit freaky but it adds to the comedy. You must watch it from the beginning to get the most from it.

If you like British comedy, you'll love this. Execellent acting from the cast.

Terrifying, is at least one of the adjectives that one can use to describe this dark masterpiece. The characters, old and new continue to scare and amuse one. With old favourites such as Edward and Tubs, and new (painted) faces in the form of Papa Lazaru, this brilliant comic triumph will have unsure whether to laugh or scream. Compulsive viewing, but if your easily scared, Stay away.

'League of Gents' is comedy at it's weirdest, but boy is it funny!! The characters of 'Royston Vasey' just keep getting better.
