Rated - 1 starsDreadful!

Not a patch on other female led Disney animations. Story is very thin. Ending is sudden and unsatisfactory. Jokes are few and far between and the songs are weak. All a bit po-faced, really.

Rated - 5 starsBlown away by the colours of the wind

MHP7VoDVGH from Surrey, England , 02/11/2005

I remember watching the edited film in the cinema and being blown away... years later and I decided to watch this... wow this is true Disney magic and well worth the Disney name.

Some people say that this is not true to the tale of Pocahontas, Princess of Peace whose name means "Little Mischief" but there is not a lot of fact around and of course Disney add their magic in fantastic animation and songs. The extras are well worth watching and regardless of what the critics say...make up your own mind.

Rated - 3 starsGood, but old :)

A customer from Newport, Wales , 10/11/2005

When my boyfriend asked me to get this, i laughed at him.... however after watching the film my mind has changed!

Classic disney film, with beautiful animation and nice songs.

Very nice to watch on a sunday afternoon, especially good to keep the kids quiet for an hour or so!

Rated - 4 starsBeautiful Cartoon

Embodiments from London , 10/03/2008

I thoroughly enjoyed this cartoon and I now know why it was such a hit when it first came out. The cartoon character Pocahontas is beautiful . I find that there are underlying messages of spirituality in the movie which add lustre to the film and the songs create a very homely atmosphere which gives you that good old innocent feeling once again.
