Brief synopsis of Family Guy - Season 4

The story of the Griffin family continues with the story of bumbling, well-intentioned father Peter; his sweet but oblivious wife Lois; and their teenagers, dim-witted Chris and awkward Meg. The most recognisable characters, however, remain the family's masterminds: evil genius baby Stewie, determined to achieve complete world domination at the age of one, and Brian, an erudite martini-swilling dog, the family's lone voice of reason. Includes all the episodes from Series 4.

Rated - 5 starsThe funniest animation...ever!

I would probably rank this as the very best of all Family Guy seasons so far. In many ways, you might consider Family Guy in its present position at the same level of quality as peak Simpsons.

What we've got here is 13 episodes, all brand new adventures. The humour here seems stronger and ruder, mostly because the DVD releases allows for any swearing to be fully uncensored. You know you're on to a winner considering the strength of Season 3, and this one simply improves on that.

So what's the only problem with this Season? There are only 13 episodes! Damn you McFarlane!

sorry mr griffen,I loved the first series but i think it is tailing off far quicker than any of the other series to which it is compared to - switch to the tummy achingly funny american dad series 1 for comedy gold rather than the latter fanily guys series

Rated - 5 starsFunny as hell

A customer from North Yorkshire , 18/05/2006

If you like the simpsons, futurama etc then this is the one to watch. From the opening scene to the last i laughed so many times it hurt my face. i am a big fan of the simpsons but this is 10 times funnier than any animated comedy I've ever seen.

My advise is to start from the beginning of series 1 then make your way up because there are reappearing jokes that make it a lot funnier and more understanding to the family guy fan.
