Brief synopsis of Dracula II: The Ascension

This sequel to Wes Craven's DRACULA 2000 begins as a group of medical students discover the body of the infamous Count. Soon, the students find themselves in the middle of a bizarre and dangerous conflict when a shadowy figure offers them 30 million for the body so that he may harvest his blood. At the same time, the kids find that they are being targeted by a Vatican sanctioned vampire killer who will stop at nothing to see Dracula destroyed once and for all.

Was impressed with the start but story went no wher, and could have been so much more.

It was a short movie and seemed like they ran out of good scenes and so wrapped it up.

Rated - 4 starsenjoyable

with this film you must watch dracula 2000 to understand what is happening. the film in itself is good but i still felt that the fist one was better. it gets 4 stars because of the ending... there isnt one which means that you need to watch the next one to see what happenes. the story line to both are equally good and enjoyable to watch. there iisnt alot of blood and cutting up of bodies or biting which is the disappointing part of the film, but nonetheless its an all in all good film.

What a load of rubbish.

Don't watch it unless your looking to get drunk or something.

Rated - 3 starsOK but standard vampire flick

OK, safe and easy to watch without exerting any brain power but not ground breaking. It appeared to be low budget and the acting was a little wooden but it was an easy film to watch. The story was nothing new but just done slightly differently. Not offensive but didn't really keep me on the edge of my seat either.

Not bad!
