I loved this game actually I was plying the 2nd one and thought it was so good I had to play the 1st one to understand the story better and I was not disappointed.

THis is a mature story, you have been warned, but it's funny, romantic, dramatic, beautiful and ultimately superbly well amde for the time.

The graphics are probably outdated by now but if you like this one you MUST get Shadow Hearts 2 you'll be then treated with a sequel of the story with the same amazing storyline but also superb graphics.

Epic RPG story that follows Yuri, Alice and friends as they travel across China and Europe battling gruesome monsters, trying to unravel the events happening around them as Yuri gets to grips with the spirits that are trying to break free from within him.

This game benefit from several features - great story and strong characters, dark and gothic enemies, the innovative judgement ring based control system and the evolution of Yuri's powers through the Graveyard which allows control over more and more powerful creatures.

Quite a few hours of gameplay and some bonus sidequests all add to a very good game.
