Brief synopsis of Crash Tag Team Racing

After being humiliated yet again by Crash Bandicoot at the end of Twinsanity, Dr. Neo Cortex returns to his evil scheming in his dilapidated Iceberg Lair. He hatches a sinister plan to challenge Crash to a seemingly friendly race competition...with plans of crushing the hapless bandicoot under the ruins of the hazardous racetrack! In Crash Tag Team Racing players will be able to fuse two cars together on the fly to form a super vehicle outfitted with a turret gun with the all-new "clashing" technology. Players can continue their adventures on foot with out-of-car action, allowing them to traverse an amusement park-like world where they can interact with other characters, collect items and complete mini-missions.

good mix of platform and racer, this type of game has become tired over the last few years so i didnt hold out much hopes but with CTT Racing they managed to add enough to make it interesting without losing the main point of the game.

The driving side is cool, with several diffent types of races to compete in, from racing to come 1st to setting the fastest lap time to blowing up as many of your fellow races as you can in one lap.

The platform side ties in nicely with you having to vist different area's to complete side missions to open new cars tracks etc.

The courses are nice looking and the game runs smoothly (loading times are a bit long). graphics look like they would on a ps2.

one thing i would say that in the short time i played it i completed around 35% of the game.
