I'd love to be Lara Croft, but sadly this involves way to much strenous activity.

My only alternative is playing Tomb Raider on the 360. I loved the look and feel of this game and it's great to play Tomb Raider after a number of Turkeys.

Lara looks stunning and you can unlock a huge wardrobe of clothes for her! A great combination of gymnastics and puzzle solving, and the mansion was a suprisingly good addition.

My only gripe was that the game was too short, there's no downloadable content, and it's pretty easy even on the hard setting.

There is a small amount of replay value with the 'Time Trial' activites, but once you've played it, that's it. A good rental that I recommend checking out.

...which may or may not be a good thing.

I however felt like I had done this game many times before in the 1990's albiet with better graphics now and improved but still frustrating controls.

I recommend Assasins Creed instead

Rated - 5 starsThis is Amazing

I've just bought this and I am seriously blown away. The graphics are excellent and the gameplay is superb....but the clear winner from this title is the music.....its very trancey / techno but sublime and just goes so well with the environments.

This game is on a par with the first title when it came out i.e. beats every other sequential title since then. All the blocky graphics are gone and combines all the best bits from the 1st title (exploring / hunting treasure) with well crafted environments and gorgeous backdrops.

Forget all the negative things you may think from the recent tombraider titles

and throw them out the window....this game seriously rocks!

Rated - 3 starshmmm...

A customer from England , 14/06/2007

A little bit to light, this game lacks texture and depth. The fights sequences are largely just periods of random clicking thanks to the dominating auto aim feature, and the game neatly divides itself into certain set piece sections that involve a series of swings and jumps. Add to the mix the fact that the game isn't vast in length and that the story/ acting is brutally poor and this game will be beginning to look like a flop.

Thankfully, however, the puzzles are varied and often genuinely interesting. The fluid animation makes you feel like you are a great deal more involved with the procedings than is actually the case, and something must be said for the nostalgia that surrounds the tomb raider series, which in this this instance certainly does increase one's gaming pleasure.

In short, don't expect to be impressed and you probably wont be dissapointed, probably worth renting, but i would never buy it.

Not being an avid player of the tombraider games (last one i played was on the PS1). I thought i'd give it a try. Synopsis is, that its not too bad a game, but not really much below the surface...

Rated - 4 starsPerfect game for Rental

A customer from Belfast, Northern Ireland , 01/06/2007

Legend is a pretty good game which takes Lara Croft to many different places around the world, from Bolivia to Kazahkstan and back again. It is a good game for casual entertainment, but is not very long, which makes it a good choice for a rental game. There are eight levels in total, with one of the eight being more of a single fight than a full level, and even the longer levels take between 60-90 minutes to finish fully on 'Tomb Raider' (Hard) difficulty. With all of the levels, locating all of the bronze, silver and gold items hidden throughout each level, the time trials and exploring Croft Manor, there are a few days worth of casual play time available. Definitely one to pick up if you have a few evenings free for some light entertainment.
