Brief synopsis of SingStar Anthems

We're not sure if Bucks Fizz's 'Making Your Mind Up' qualifies as an anthem, and the same goes for Ultra Nate's 'Free', but there is no denying it: both songs somehow are buried in the subconscious of even the most tasteful of folks. Everybody, it seems, is susceptible to a bit of cheese, and there's nowt wrong with that as long as we all realise there's a time and a place. And here it is, on Singstar Anthems, number six in a series ofooh, they could go on forever.

Singstar Anthems invites you into the spotlight and dares you to make an exhibition of yourself yet again. The glorious spectator/participator sport that is Karaoke can be played out in the semi-privacy* of your own home (* depending on how many friends you have around) and you don't have to be alone with Singstar Anthems: get a friend to grab a mike and duet your way to a barrel of laughs. Yup, the whole Singstar experience is not to be taken too seriously; even though ratings are dished out at the close of each performance, it's not really about competition - it's more about untethered enjoyment, and with the track listing detailed below, good-natured entertainment is not far away. The mechanic behind Singstar has not changed - the game recognises your voice's pitch, tone and rhythm and awards points thereon.

So, get out of the shower and onto the hearth rug with Singstar Anthems. And don't forget to camp it up as much as you can!

The song list on this isnt the greatest. The other singstars previous to this have been much better. Worth a go though!

Rated - 4 starsSingstar Anthems rocks!!!!

This is great for Adults as well as the kids, the music has a lot of variety in older music as from the 80's. However, this does not appeal to alot of boys or men as it mainly has girly song's. So boys i'm sorry it is not very suited to you. I liked this one alot, but i am from the 80's so i would like the music. I think if all you girly's out there like the powerfull love songs and ballards like (the weather girls) It's raining men you will definatley enjoy the music.
