One-note gag movie which spurs some laughs but wears out its welcome.

Typical 1980's movie starring Bruce Willis just like they have taken him from 'Moonlighting' and plonked him on the film set.

Same style and everything, then the following year he made Die Hard which put an end to the typecast.

The film has its moments but with such a simple storyline he soons runs out of ideas and tails off at the end.

I prefer Bruce Willis in Action Adventures with violence and killings. This film was average and I was being generous with the stars. Walter Davis is a workaholic - Hasn’t a girlfriend but needs a date for a business meal. A Romantic Comedy sort-of?!

Perhaps the worst film I've ever watched, slow, boring, not at all funny. The only film I've ever rented that I've stopped before the end and sent back. Don't bother.
