This game is hugely charming and full of wonder. The graphics are excellent and really show off the PSP nicely., If you've played a Harvest Moon game before this is a huge departure and if not, it's a worthwhile introduction. Innocent Life focuses less on the farming side and more on the exploration of the island setting - it makes is massively different from previous Harvest Moon titles and is quite refreshing that a series will take such a risk. It's an intriguing mix, but for 'Moon veterans it may be too much of a departure.

I found the game hugely addictive, but be warned... there can be long periods where nothing much happens, and the initial pace of the game is exceptionally slow and may put many people off. Stick with it, and this is a rewarding game with an interesting message.

The bad things about this game are it starts off a bit slow, the dialogue parts are a little too wordy, and you have to work for nearly two weeks before you can start the game properly. Once you get past the first two weeks (just keep going to bed) the game kicks off, you can start building more areas of garden and buying more euipment to allow you to do more. I have now become quite sadly addicted to this game and will have to buy it.

IF you like Cake Mania and those kind of simulation games, you will like this. You are a robot given the task of revitalising a piece of ground by farming, You can chose what you plant etc. As previously stated, it starts slow, but soon becomes highly addictive.
