Two women troubled with guy-problems (Diaz, Winslet) swap homes in each other's countries, where they each meet a local guy and fall in love.

There's nothing out of the ordinary about this predictable story of 2 modern girls dissatisfied with their lives who try to get away from it all. Winslett's attempt to portray a Bridget Jones type of character doesn't really work, but Diaz is wonderful as the disillusioned executive.

I rented this on my girlfriends request she has since been disallowed to choose any films for the forseable future. The movie is typical guy meets girl rubbish with random laughter and crying, I was surprised Hugh Grant didnt't bumble in as the stuttering fool. The next best thing was supplied by the weasel faced Jude Law.I would recommend this to my worst enemy.

I would recommend this film to anybody. It's easy watching fun stuff for even the toughest guy out there. Me and the breadknife loved it and so will you.

Had very high expectations for this film - in fact having missing it in the cinema simply couldn't wait to see it - oh dear - I think the problem was that the trailers were very misleading - I expected warm and fuzzy-wuzzy chick flick satisfaction and sustained only tedious mediocrity with a flush of implausibility. If you've done absolutely everything elsething else in your life that you'd planned then spend time with this otherwise give it a swerve and catch up on a few chores - that would be time better spent.

This one was for my girlfriend. She loved it, I played on the Xbox.
