I seen this film when it came out in 1987, forget gay film, the characters just happen to be gay thats all, its a gritty, and emotional film, toiling through the life of two friends and what they go through, the characters and actors are fabulous, robbie coltrane plays a great drag queen albeit murdered, its a film you will want to watch again and again, makes you think.
