Brief synopsis of Life In The Freezer

Sir David Attenborough, stalwart of the BBC's nature programmes, returns with yet another high quality series. This time the focus is on Antarctica, the coldest continent on Earth, and the animals that manage to survive in this inhospitable environment. This release includes all six episodes.

Beautifully shot and throughly fasinating. Another excellent documentary from Davis Attenbourgh. New camera tecniques have captured life in a new perspective making this highly watchable. My only gripe would be that he spent a lot of time on South Georgia Island which I dont think is quite Antartica.

Forget march of the penguins and its hollywood narration. Only David Attenborough can talk you through the gruelling episodes in the lives of those amazing animals that live in the coldest regions of planet Earth. Breath taking.

David Attenborough is as superb as always. BTW Polar bears are found in the Arctic, not the Antarctic. There would'nt be a single penguin left alive if they lived there too. Isn't nature Smart.
