Brief synopsis of Human Trafficking

A 16 year-old girl from the Ukraine joins a modeling agency seeking a better life in the United States; in South-East Asia a 12 year-old American girl is on holiday with her parents; in Prague a young mother is swept off her feet by a wealthy businessman. Soon, all these women have disappeared. They are young, vulnerable and have become prey to a dark criminal element specialising in human trafficking – a billion dollar industry where humans are bought and sold for the business of sexual gratification.

It’s the job of Kate Morozov (Oscar winner Mira Sorvino, Mighty Aphrodite), a detective for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to help find the men responsible. From a torture chamber in the suburbs of New York to the flesh-peddlers of Russia, the hunt is on as the fates of unyielding ICE agents, defenseless victims and their soulless oppressors collide in a shocking conspiracy of global proportions.

Rated - 5 starsLife is horrable

This is a well told story or how things are within the sex word and having girls I was pleased mine were now older and married. Any parent should see this and be aware of what could happen and yes even here. This opened our eyes.

Despite the slight hollywood edge, this is a fascinating and 'educational' movie. Highly recommended.
