Brief synopsis of Frasier - Complete Season 7

With its witty dialogue, sophisticated character development, and classic slapstick situations, FRASIER is perhaps best described as the thinking mans FRIENDS. Taking centre stage is pompous radio psychiatrist Dr Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer), whose phone-in show serves as much an outlet for his neuroses, as it does a public service for the people of Seattle. Clever intersecting storylines feature a brilliant ensemble cast, including his prim and proper brother Niles (David Hyde Pierce), their gruff retired-cop father Martin (John Mahoney), live-in home care worker Daphne (Jane Leeves), brassy radio producer Roz (Teri Gilpin), and a charismatic Jack Russell terrier named Eddie, with whom Frasier has regular staring contests but never wins. This collection includes every episode from the shows seventh series.

Rated - 4 starsStill hilarious but.......

This is the first Frasier series I haven't given 5 stars for. Which is suprising considering it's got the one where daphne and Niles get together. The reason for my moan is Anthony La Paglia. He plays Daphne's brother from Manchester with the most annoying cockney accent since Dick Van Dyke did his thing with Mary Poppins. His charachter is so unfunny and annoying it detracts from the plot at times. You'd have thought Jane Leeves would have given him a few tips on how to talk with a good bit of 'ecky thump.

I Absolutely loved this sitcom but it's really gone down hill lately. They really should have quit while ahead, It was cringing to watch this series. :(
