I grew up watching Party of Five, so to go back and watch them again is like revisiting my childhood! it's awesome. we get to live along side the Salingers, experiencing every smile, tear, alcoholic/druggie girlfriend....it's just great escapism!

Enjoy! i can highly reccommend!

Rated - 4 starsreal life drama on many levels

was good to see this again after such a long time. thinking about it now it's almost like reminiscing or something. it's still just as good for me now as it was watching it when i was growing up. alright the hairstyles and the clothes might be a bit outdated but you expect that. aside from that though, the storylines are just as good as they ever were. very sharp and straight to the point. always dealing with real life issues, that was one of the things that first attracted me to this in the first place looking back now. if you never saw this the first time around, may be worth considering.

this series was fantastic in its day and even better watching it years later, i love it!!!! And scott wolf is gorgeous, i only wonder if he has grown even better looking with age as we now matthew fox has. This series was a really great one with lots of things happening in each of their lives and i look forward to watching the next series and reminiscing when i used to watch them when they were on tv

Rated - 3 starsParty of 5 season 2

As Gregory House once said,

'Party of Five, the O.C. of its day!'

I enjoyed the first season, but I think the 2nd season is retreading old ground.

If there were only 2 seasons I can see why.

Still, it's not bad telly but how can a show like this get 2 seasons and yet a show like Firefly (totally different show, I know) get cancelled after 1 season?

It's quite funny though that the young main lead (Tom Cruise lookalike) went on to do bugger all, but Mathew Fox, Jennifer Love Hewitt and even the young girl (see Black Xmas) went on to bigger and better things.

Get it if you enjoyed the first season.
