Brief synopsis of Flight Of The Living Dead

On a flight from Los Angeles to Paris, a mad scientist on the run from the CIA is transporting a coffin containing the body of a colleague infected with a genetically modified virus. While the 747 crosses a violent thunderstorm, the instability of the aircraft allows the corpse to get out of its container. The flesh-eating zombie quickly starts to spread the virus, infecting many of the passengers which now will have to fight for their lives stranded in the air with no way out.

Rated - 1 starsdrunken watching did not help this stupid film

I know this is just a silly Zombie movie but its awful, even for those of us who like zombie films.

I mean, I'll admit I was hammered when i tried to watch this movie, and I was also playing on Football manager in the dark in the corner of the room, but still, the film was not very good.

The zombies don't act like normal movie zombies and there are no good jump moments. Well at least I don't remember any, but I was off my face on a bottle of brandy at the time and smoking my way through a packet of fags. You know the stuff I mean, the bits where the girl falls and strains her ankle while the zombie gains on her, or the man gets his coat hooked on a door handle.

Anyway, nothing like that happens, and then the crew and survivors somehow get some hand guns and start shooting the zombies in the head. All are excellant shots and despite shootnig a gun in an air conpressed room like a plane in flight being a really dumb thing to do, it all works out ok.

There's some convict who redeems himself by helping to land the plane, and some other stuff happens. I think some scientist dusk or chemical caused the zombie breakout.

Anyway, I watched it and it was not good, then I went to bed cursing the waste of an evening and my pathetic life. Thanks a bunch stupid zombie plane zombie, and I felt ill the next day, which I bet was your fault.

I think it has been proved all Zombie movies should be set in shopping malls or populated areas. I hope this film has not ruined the chance ot getting my own project greenlit thought, working title 'Zombies on a Train' Its going to be great, zombies on a double decker train on a winter night through the countryside. Lindsey Lohan is attached to star - depending on whether she clean up she is the heroine or the zombie queen. Make sure you check that out.

This movie is a total blast! The plot, basically, is about a zombie outbreak on a plane. It doesn't take too long to set this up and then it's straight into the action. Lots of gore and laughs, as long as you don't expect a Shakesperian storyline then grab a lager & popcorn and enjoy.

It's far superior to Snakes on a Plane!

Really enjoyed this - it's pretty much Snakes on a Plane with zombies, but so what, it's really good. It probably doesn't need to be said that the story line probably isn't going to tax your brain too much but as a fun movie for a saturday night with a couple of beers you couldn't do any better. There's a fantastic original zombie killing which I won't spoil here and some very very very nice stewardesses to took at - well worth a rental ! Strangley this is the first zombie movie I've ever seen where zombies can be knocked out ?? Also the commentary (there are 2 , I didn't try the 2nd one) was very dull - gave up after 10 minutes. The out takes aren't that great either.

Everything Snakes on a Plane should have been....but wasn't. Unhampered by the poe faced direction, ditchwater dull characters and laughless dialogue this film realises how ludicrous it is and plays on it. Zombies are offed with golf clubs and umbrellas, there are some big laughs courtesy of Kevin J O'Connor who walks off with the film and all in all it's a real B movie treat. Try out 2001 Maniacs and Frankenfish for similarly enjoyable schlock horror fare.
