Brief synopsis of Thrillville: Off the Rails

Thrillville: Off the Rails ramps up the family-friendly mix of strategy/management gaming that made 2006's original Thrillville such a success. Off The Rails is aptly-titled as it enables the player to come up with the most outlandish rollercoasters ever, as well as new ways to talk to park guests and a new selection of carnival attractions.

Everything about the park you build affects your guests' opinions and enjoyment. If the park is dirty and the rides are in poor shape, the guests are not going to be happy. If there are no food or drinks stalls, bathrooms or other essentials, the guests are bound to leave quickly. When you talk to a guest, a window will show their likes, dislikes and needs. These chats with guests will reveal great clues about what you need to do to make them happier. The smoother park operators can even flirt with the opposite sex!

A new, light-hearted story ties together more than 100 missions, complete with 34 playable multiplayer theme-park games. The in-depth conversations both advance the plot and suggest better ways to manage the park. But not every guest is to be trusted. Lurking within Thrillville: Off the Rails is a sinister presence determined to undermine all your good work. The more folks you befriend as park operator, the closer you'll get to discovering who has an agenda.

I found this game to be good. It is not childish and has many mini games and rides that you can play, paint and manage so you are not out of pocket and have funds to continue your thrills and gameplay. It has good gameplay once you get into it but it can take an annoyingly long tme to go up levels and stop your achievments coming in the high numbers. But that can be good as it prolongs gameplay and makes it more of a challenge to complete. This is a good game and a good rent.

good game play great for the family and the misses a good game to play and experience running a theme park. can get very repetative and a little annoying at time. i like to look at these games to see what its like for the family. if you have played theme park world it is simular.but has better comunication with clients and alot better game play but for me got alot repetative but still addictive. well recomended for a family game or for the misses to keep her entertained.
