......does it have to end!?!? I have loved this show from day one and could not wait for this season to be released so I ordered it on Amazon. Well worth it & I now own them all!

So much happens but there is still so much to do. I must admit I did cry at the end .

Rated - 5 starsYou'll fall in love - even if your a man!

I'm an American, who has been living in the UK for the last 7 years. I didn't discover Gilmore Girls until just a few years ago. It used to be on twice every weekday morning on Hallmark. The first time I watched it, I was hooked. What a refreshing, delightful 2 hours! Made me actually WANT to wake up at 6 am. There has never been a show like it! On the surface, you would think it was a 'chick show', something only the ladies will love - but oh no! If you sit your man down and make them watch an episode or two - they WILL love it. Some might not admit it, but love it they will. I have suggested to several of my male friends that they watch it - and now THEY are buying/renting the DVD's to watch (including my husband, who's idea of television is WWII Documentaries). One, I won't mention his name, might ruin his tough guy image, actually Sky+'s Gilmore Girls :)

It's funny, sweet, quirky, sad and romantic all at once! Definitely, in my book, the most original and intelligently written drama/comedy (dramedy?) in decades. Amy Sherman-Palladino is simply a genius! She lovingly created Lorelai, Rory and their village full of quirky, funky folks (my favorite is Babette!), who are so enjoyable you'll want to log onto Yahoo properties, and try finding a house in Star's Hollow, Connecticut (just so ya know - it's not a real town, I already tried it :). I will miss these girls like I miss my old friends back home. I've not seen any of Season Seven yet - but I know it will be fab!

(A special edition boxed set of ALL SEVEN seasons of Gilmore Girls has just been released - I'm saving my pennies!!)
