Brief synopsis of Project A - Part 2
Jackie Chan finds a new set of adventures as Dragon Ma, the only good cop in turn-of-the-20th-century Hong Kong. This time he's assigned to clean up corruption in a local town while getting involved with a band of rebels. Chan wrote, directed, and stars in this exciting mix of action and comedy.

Radio Times
Starting and finishing with the sequences of previous picture highlights and hair-raising set piece out-takes that have become a familiar feature of a Jackie Chan sequel, this rattling if rambling chop-socky adventure has all the action and slapstick we've come to expect from this unique star. Corrupt cops, spies, revolutionaries and pirates hurtle across the screen as Chan teams with the rebellious Maggie Cheung to confound bent bobby David Lam. The handcuffed fight scene is a gem and the final chase proves again that Chan is the true heir of the great silent clowns. For good old-fashioned escapism, Chan's your man.
