Brief synopsis of Destroy All Humans: Path Of The Furon

In Destroy All Humans! Path of the Furon, players will pick up where prequel Destroy All Humans! Big Willy Unleashed leaves off, controlling Crypto in the Funked out 1970's when mysterious new enemy attacks Earth, sweeping Crypto up in a conspiracy that unravels his groovy new way of life and threatens the very survival of the Furon race. Players will take Crypto on a journey of Enlightenment and Destruction as he gains new powers from an alien Kung Fu Master in order to take on his most difficult enemy yet-his own kind.

The following is an excerpt from Edge-Online dated 28/11/08 relating to the rumoured cancellation of the PS3 version of this game:

THQ has confirmed that a PS3 version of Destroy All Humans! Path of the Furon will in fact be available in Europe. It was only yesterday when the troubled publisher admitted that the PS3 version was cancelled – in America at least – due to “development issues”, thus making it a 360 exclusive.

Both console versions of the game have been delayed for Europe. “Destroy all Humans: Path of the Furon will be released on both the Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 3 formats on February 13th 2009 across Europe,” the company said.

“Due to the game being shipped earlier in North America on December 2nd, a decision was made to proceed exclusively with the Xbox 360 format in that market.”

Seeing as the PS3 is region-free, those eager to buy copies of the game won’t have too many barriers in front of them.

I had pretty low expectations towards this game, so I was nicely surprised, because this this game was quite funny - I really enjoyed it, even though it isn't the best game in the world :) But still it was fun to play it.

Rented this as i had been told it was a fun addictive game, however i was very disappointed, if your about 11-14 then you may enjoy this game, if you take gaming a little more serious then this title is not for you
