Although the game has a few minor glitches it stands out as one of the best titles for the Xbox 360.Outstanding levels of realism and immersion engulf you as you proceed your way through 11 missions using all the tactics and resources available to you.The graphics, character models and animation are amazing as are the environments and lighting effects. On top of that you also get a fully featured online multiplayer version of the game allowing up to 16 players playing simultaneously.Rent this and stick it on maximum priorty. You won't regret it.

after owning and playing ghost recon in HD, you will never want a differnt game. with stunning graphics online and off this game is an all round 10/10. the game play is intence and a great game to get into. as you enter the game on a training field the action starts as you take control of the 'ghost' leader, you battle it out on the ruined streets to acuire a breifcase which they call the 'football'. buying/renting this version not only lets you play this incredible game online and off but allows you to use the new online maps and even new weapons like the amazing 'silenced SR sniper'. if your a fan of action, i ensure you will love this game.

This game has some features that put it in a league of its own but its nothing special. if you want a good shoot em' up, i suggest you order Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare.

Having not played any of the Tom Clany games before, my expectations of this game were way off when i came to play it. Although i found it very enjoyable to play, and the graphics are excellent, i would say that it would be more appreciated by the more strategic gamer, as oposed to the blast first, ask questions later type gamer.Quite taxing at times, its definately worth playing, especially if you find yourself with a fair few hours to get stuck into it

This game did'nt work on my console it froze on every mission that i done. The graphics are terrible and so is the gameplay. The missions and story are extremely boring. This game is alright for achievements you could easily get the best player in the world online achievement because knowone plays this game onlline anymore. If you want an excellent and fun war game this is'nt it get something like battlefield bad company or call of duty world at war

bobochimp700 from Washington [Highly rated reviewer] , 21/01/2008
Initially i thought this game was almost impossible, but with perseverance its really good. I remember it took me ages to do the first level, once i completed the game i retried the first level on hard and sailed through it. Decent graphics, remember its a few years old now, i look forward to playing number 2.Deffo worth a rent.

I actually played this game, got stuck at a hard part, and put it away. Months later I came back to this title and was pleasantly surprised on another play through. This game plays great, looks great and feels great. Definately gets better the more you play through it.Strategy is a must, more realistic than most run and gun games out there. My only moan about this game is that by playing through the hard mode you only unlock the hard achievements. Normal mode deserves it's own run through to unlock those extra achievement points.BRAW!

This is a brilliant game the visuals are stunning and literally blow you away, however the game itself is frustrating at times due to its realism and you need patience and skill to win battles here. All in all an enjoyable experience makes you feel like your on the battlefield!
Luke Tweed from England , 13/05/2007
It's too damn easy , after completing normal mode in around 7 and a half hours , i then go on to do hard mode somewhere in the 10th hour ....This game is just not long enough. Dont get me wrong , it is a very good looking game and yeah the gameplays not bad .... not brilliant but not bad.
GigaInFa from London , 05/05/2007
Would never have given this game the time of day, but it is a decent game. Gets a bit annoying at times and I personally wouldn't buy it.But it is worth renting!
Fletcherhead from London [Highly rated reviewer] , 27/03/2007
Didn't think very much of this game at all. Decent graphics (as you would expect from a 360 game...) but the gameplay was totally unimmersive and, not to put too fine a point on it, rather dull. Thank god it was rented and not bought.
Lorissimo from London, England , 02/02/2007
Can't really saying anything new as most points have been covered by others. This game truly is great and really shows off the power of the 360. Fantastic graphics, fantastic sound, fantastic game play. The real part of the game though is not the single player, its the multiplayer, this is where the game really comes alive. The single player is there really just to teach you how to master the game. Once you are in the multiplayer terrain though, you are on your own, and believe me, there are plenty of people out there who going to kick your a$$!

Who needs a review for this game, it is a pure, raw gaming experience, the next step. Almost every aspect of the game is flawless. I shouldn't waste time writing a review, because you shouldn't be reading this, you should b out selling your body parts to get this game! This game wasn't made for the 360, the 360 was made for this game!!

I've always loved the ghost recon series since they came out on the xbox. And i personally think this version beats them all even better online. From graphics to gameplay is very good and it all feels so real.I love it and cant wait for ubisoft to release the next version.

Why do all these reviews get replicated ?Whats wrong with 'N00bs'....we are all Noobs when we first start to play a game hotshot !Anyway, GRAW is not really an improvement on GRecon 2 in terms of gameplay. The Ai of your squad suxx big style as it did in the earlier versions.Missions, have less variety than earlier versions. After 4 missions, it all starts to get a little repetitive.Graphics are OK until you start to move around...then the dreaded 'tearing' kicks in. Definitely (note the correct spelling everyone - please !) not the best example of next-gen technology on any level.Apparently everyone has varying degrees of tolerance for this 'tearing' phenomenon - caused by lack of Vertical Synchronisation - it is an 'alternative' to a fixed - and often poor, framerate - some prefer it to stuttering, some don't.Unfortunately, framerate issues seem to afflict a large proportion of 360 games - unacceptable in my opinion - clearly indicative of developers trying to push the graphical textures far higher than the 360 is capable of handling. This game is a prime example. Also, the game is HARD. If you are an 'average' gamer, prepare to redo huge portions of these misssions, as you will die - often ! Checkpoints are not always handy. There is no 'easy' difficulty setting - learning by trial and error how to get through a level is not my idea of fun. You have been warned !It took me 2 or 3 hours to complete some of the missions successfully - although, when you suss it out...the actual time recorded is only 25 minutes....you just spend a long time replaying from savepoints !Overall - it could, and should have been better !7/10

This is a good game, the visuals show off just what the future holds for the 360 but the physics just can't match them and neither can the longevity of the campiagn 7hours 12 mins it took me on normal with A+ grades and 9hours 32mins on hard with A+ grades, and people say condemned is short. As for the multiplayer well it's like trying to shoot human bunnies in a field its just completely unrealistic and ruins the realism that was created in the single player campaign and with base campers and noobs worse than halo 2 it just makes the game nothing more than a weekend rental at best.this game could have been so much more
Jonathanat38 from Brandon , 04/07/2007
I did not like this game, I have had better nights in, I found the controls and instructions quite hard to fathom, I did not like the manoevability, I found the character clumsy, I thought the graphics could have been a lot better, I thought the levels of realism were non existent, In comparison to some Xbox 360 games the graphics could have been a lot better, maybe that comes with time, it was not in my machine for very long. I did not get past the training level. But I appreciate I rented the title so I did not have to buy it!
A customer from uk , 23/04/2006
I thought this game would be amazing but its just not that good at all - highly over-rated in terms of playability and average graphics make it disapointment. The best thing about it is that its made COD 2 great online as all the ankers (missed the W) now play this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
