A budget playstation 2 game wearing its big sisters high-definition make-up. Stick with Burnout.

This clamis to be full auto 2, as far as i can see it is more or less excatly the same as full auto 1 on the 360.

If you've not played before it worth a go but if like me you have played the 1st installment i wouldn't bother.

Dissapointing

I don't know what interested me in renting this game, but I liked such games as Mashed for the retro consoles so I thought this might be the next best thing. How wrong could I have been, and what a laughable storyline! I don't want to be too harsh on the game, as it has some great destroyable landscape and the weapon systems aren't too bad. It's just not worth playing. I wanted the full game to be consistant in meeting my needs as a gamer, but as aesthetically pleasing it is to destroy buildings and the such - I wanted an all round 'phwoar' factor but it never arrived. You had to try each map several times to learn the short cuts in order to win, it was never about outwitting the enemy or shooting enough holes in them to cause a crash - it was just about where the right turns should be made and it was a textbook finish.

If you really REALLY want to rent this game then do so expecting nothing special. If your feeling uncertain about what to rent next, look elsewhere because this will just disappoint.

Rated - 3 starsNot quite twisted metal

A customer from Birmingham , 29/09/2007

This is quite a tough game in parts. And you really have to play it on a HD TV, on normal def the graphics and menus are a bit dodgy and hard to make out.

Its fun for a bit of action, especially in multiplayer.

I could'nt play it online, as there are no servers apparently! So no fun there.

Game play is fine, and the fact the can destroy so much is cool. The car physics are a little annoying, but don't detract from the experience that much.

Nothing groundbraking here but its fun, especially on multiplayer

I used to play Twisted Metal, when i was younger with my friends on PS1 and loved it... Obviously seeing this title i thought it may be, even if only slightly, a little similar. When in fact, the only thing that was similar is the concept...

This game is not worth anyones time, the only good that comes out of renting this game, is the peace of mind that you never actually shelled out your hard earned money for it and you can throw it in the post box like an empty pack of crisps in the bin, instead of having it laughing at you on your bookshelf at home...!!!

Rent it if you really must, you have been warned. Buy it?!?!? He's a better idea - Go to your local game shop, park on a red route and talk to the guy behind the counter about how rubbish this game is, leave and smile at your new £50 window sticker...!!! Money better spent prehaps..?!?!!

Full Auto 2 has no way of keeping you hooked whatsoever. The game has average graphics and average gameplay but does prevail in how awesome and fun it is blowing cars into smithereens with guns on top of them while racing around a circuit.

I couldn't keep coming back to the game like I can with other games and there is just no scope in it at all. The modes are unoriginal and short but the concept is still awesome. If you're the person who doesn't care aboout graphics and gameplay but just likes blowing stuff up, rent this. If you're anyone else, steer well clear.
