Rated - 5 starsNFS Carbon

After NFS Underground 2 I was looking hopeful for the next game but Most Wanted was disappointing in my opinion and wasn't as much fun as NFS Underground but finally EA have redeemed themselves with Carbon. Although the singleplayer is quite short and shouldn't take more than a week periodic play its great fun the whole time you play. The best new addition to the games is the Autosculpt function which truly lets you customise your cars the way you want. Plus the story line is quite interesting and by the end you really want to beat the bad guy.

Overall a fantastic game no one should miss

One of the best online games! Dispite been 4 years old plenty of gamers still play online so there's allways lots of racing.

THe best NFS title, well worth renting

Rated - 3 starsnot a bad game

A customer from Coleraine , 27/01/2009

this is not a bad. it looks good and sounds well playing it through hdmi on a 1080p tv. the only down fall is that it gets boring after a while. it is a must for all racing fans out there.

Rated - 2 starsDisappointing

This has to be the most disappointing and boring driving game I have played. Gameplay wasn't that original and didn't offer anything to keep me interested enough to continue playing after just a few hours when I'd taken over the first bosses territory. Normally I would play a game for a little longer to give it a chance but I found this game so tedious that I just couldn't be bothered.

To be honest I'm not sure what this game is trying to be - driving games should either offer realistic handling or be a fun driving experience - this didn't feel like either. The cars were far too easy to drive and handle and the races didn't offer any challenge and very quickly started to feel somewhat repititous. If you are a fan of driving games then you are much better off with Burnout Paradise and PGR4.

Last point I'll make is on the graphics - I wasn't overly impressed with them and they certainly aren't as good as Burnout Paradise or PGR4, and yet this game does suffer quite a bit at various points in races with a noticable drop in frame rate and felt somewhat laggy.

I'm certainly glad I didn't purchase this game.

Rated - 3 starsNeed for more of a challenge....

A customer from UK , 21/01/2008

Easy driving game with little to challenge regular gamers. Car modifications are good and varied but game play is average and a bit to easy. A great driving game for the younger gamer, adults give it a miss.
