Didn't know what to expect from this game at all, started it up and within 2 minutes had all 1000 gamerpoints. Seriously. Haven't played the game for more than 5 minutes afterwards as looked just basic boring game, but if your looking for simple gamerpoints then this is the easiest game out!

This is not a great game by any strectch of the imagination. But its is fun, easy and short. It is by far the best way to get 1000 gamer points. Just keep pressing B for 2 minutes and bang 1000 points. The actual game beyond that is simple fun and a good value rental. Good never recomend as a purchase.

This game is great if you are simply wanting to quench your thirst for Avatar as it sticks to the story line almost exactly but the gameplay gets a bit boring and tedius, the graphics arent amazing.

i liked it though because of the story line but it would be too hard for the creators to make this so much better.

i think that if the creators were really serious about making this game really good they should have incorperated controls like Skate for the bending and have diferent moves for each element instead of just pressing B a million times

This game is so bad I can see why they gave it the easiest achievements ever. You can get all 5 achievements on the tutorial, which saved me from actually playing the game itself! I gave the first level ago and 5 minutes later it was relieving spat-out by my XBOX 360 and then it was the Royal Mail's problem. I wouldn't even recommend it for anyone. STAY WELL AWAY, in fact there should be a warning on the disc.

The TV show is not the greatest show ever, and the game is true to it in that respect. I played roughly 3 or 4 minutes of the game and then took it out to take round my friends so he could do the same. All together the game was used for about 8 minutes, and managed to get us 2000G beween us. Then I sent it back that evening and am waiting for my next dispatch, so it's worth a rent and you don't have to have it for too long.

this is the worst an best game in one... it litteraly takes 2minutes to achieve 1000 gamerscore... but the game itself is in my mind to target children 5-10... rent it only for your gamerscore but not to play and complete it.

This is probably the easiest game there is on the Xbox 360 to get 1000 achievement points. If you are looking to boost your game score this is perfect for you if you are looking for some great game play and graphics look else where.

The graphics for me were mediocre considering that this is a next generation consol and the actual game play just seemed pointless to me.

The best way to complete the set of achievements is to use two controls as the A.I. for your partner will also attack the enemies.

Just rent it for the sake of the achievements.

This game is totaly rubbish but it you want 1000 gamerpoints you only have to put up with it for less than two minutes.

I would recomend you only rent this, play it and send it back on the same day you get it.

Anyone who has brought it has just wasted money, and anyone who plays it for longer than 5 minutes is sad, and anyone who completes it is...... well...... just dont do it.

I didn't complete it but just did the 5 easy achievements in 2 minutes, I didn't even complete the first battle to get the achievements.

You wont even need to master the controls for the achievements, the only buttons needed are the B button and the left analogue stick.

If you want Gamerscore this is for you!

Arrived in the post this morning, sent back this morning.

Once i got the 1000g's at the start of the game (5mins in, at most), i had no interest in completing the game.

very badly thought out achievements but a great boost for my gamerscore!

Although the game itself is not the worst in the world, just a button masher. Rent it , but don't buy it!

Terrible Terrible game.

If you want 1000 gamerscore real fast then go for it. But further than that its a bad storyline, with terrible voice acting and needlessly long cutscenes

Initially I rented this title for the easy 1000 points (and I'd call 3 minutes damned easy), but I tried... I honestly did... to play a little more into the game.

Take my advice

Get the gamerscore then send it back, you'll be saving yourself a lot of time.

The game is ridiculously easy for achievements and that is exactly why I rented it, all you have to do is on the first level run to the left by a fence and press B until you get 1000G. it usually takes around 2-3minutes to get them all, as a matter of fact it was so easy I had 3 friends over during the weekend and we just boosted their score by 1k each in 8 minutes.

However if you are NOT looking to get achievements then do NOT rent it, the gameplay is awful (very repetitive), the graphics are bad playing and the during the cinematics it would be something you expect from a PlayStation 1/2 or XBOX not a next gen console.

the gameplay is alright but the story line is very long and is quite boring at times. in a achivement hunter's perspective it is very good as soon as i started playing it all i have to do is get a 10 combo (press b 10 times whilst hitting an enemy) and that gives u 150 gamerscore and then so on then when u get a 50 combo u get 400 gamescore after all of that u end up with 1000 gamescore. and thats it message me if u have any questions on the avatar

Really, there is no reason to buy this game... Just rent it, play for about 5 minutes and get your 1000G points... I'm now up to a healthy 12,000 points myself.

All you have to do is go to the left of screen and as soldiers approach you, keep hitting B until you see the 300G Achievement appear at the bottom of the screen... Congratulations, you've just got yourself 1000 shiny new G points!

I actually decided to give this game a little extra play to see if it was really that bad, but it is... Repetitive button bashing is an adequate description me thinks!

An absolutely awful game, shabby controls, lame voice acting and graphics, even the kids this game are aimed at would have trouble swallowing this with some of the other titles on the market totally outclassing it, however like the other reviewers have mentioned it's the easiest 1000 achievements points you'll ever earn, soley by hammering the B button during the opening sequence.

Worth a rent in you have kids with low standard or want to boost your achievement score quick, otherwise don't bother.

Like most folks have said before, this is not the worlds greatest game but it does give you all of its points within the first 10 mins of the first level. Its a pretty generic platformer, like something thrown back from the PS1 only with hi res graphics. The difficulty is toned right down too though so even the youngest kid would have no issues playing this, id find it really hard to recomend unless you are just looking to boost your gamerscore. There are better kids games out there too so dont think for a second your 10 year old will have issues finishing this because he will have done so before you leave the room.

Lets be honest, most of the people who have played this game are either under 10 years old or have heard about it and only played to get the easiest 1000g you will ever find. I personally played for the second reason, I got the envelope through the mail, opened it, played it for about 2 minutes to get the points and repackaged it and sent it back.

If you want the boost for your gamerscore this is the game for you.

Just check Youtube to see how easy the achievements are if you think i am over exaggerating.

The game itself is terrible, as you no doubt know.

The graphics are sub-par at best with no clean edges, reminds me of the graphics of a wii really.

The story would be good for kids, my little brother was enthralled, however won't grip an adult.

However with pressing B for your wind attack on the first level you can rack up 1000GS, so if you want a quick boost, give Avatar a pop

I rented it just to get the points, but after I did, I thought I should at least give the game a go.

The game is horrible. I could find no good points at all. I am pretty sure that even fans of the Avatar books will not be impressed by this very bad game.

Still, stupidly easy points to be had, so worth a rent - but DO NOT buy this game.

This is most certainly a game for those who wish to boost their achievement score on xbox 360, it is very simply a game that by the 2 minutes i spent playing it, 1000gs just popped up on my screen.

It is only worth the rent, nothing more as the graphics are very old style maybe reminding me of gamecube or something.

It is easy as the click of one button, nothing more. Even my grandma could do it and she does not like computer games. Achievement heaven indeed.

this game is very poorly made not worth playing but although if your trying to achievement boost it's excellent as all you have to do to get the 1000 points achievement is start the game and keep pressing the b button until you get a fifty hit combo and takes approx 1 and a half minutes but if your renting or buying to enjoy the game don't waste your money.

I rented this because I heard it was easy achievement points. I was expecting a bit of a play through and a couple of tricky/defeatable bosses. It literally took me 2 minutes (including unpackaging the disc) to get 1000 achievement points. I know you may ask yourself surely this should be 5 stars? It would be but I have a nasty taste in my mouth which has left me feeling cheap from how easy this was. Save your time and effort and get a game where the achievements mean something!

Very easy for achievement score, literally 2 minutes:

press the button 'b' 50 times and hit with the shots, and you will earn 1000 achievement points.

I had it sent to me, opened, 10.00 am, finished the achievement by 10.05am and sent it back in the post by 11.00. jobs a good en.

Only worth getting for the cheap gamerpoints. All 1000 points can be gained in the first fight, I timed this and got them all in 45 seconds once the game had started. There is no further incentive for playing. I will admit that my daughter (10) enjoyed playing it for about an hour, but then even she was bored with it.

This really is the easiest game on the 360 if you are looking for an extra 1,000 gamerpoints. Simply run to the left and then start tapping 'b' in the direction of the enemies.

Does not get any easier. 2mins 40 secs including the loading times.

This game just about passes...

Graphics 4 (deserves to stay on PS2, PSP, Wii)

Sound 5 (decent...'nuff said)

Game-play 5 (kids and non-gamers[girlfriends] will love the simple button mash)

Testability 4 (really short but fun)

Why do a game about a flying cartoon character then play a game about him where you can't fly???

as any xbox gamerscore addict would know, this is the easiest game to score a full round of 1000g and it can be achieved in around 6 minutes which includes switching the console on, signing in and setting up the game. after these minutes pass and you've scored the full points, the point of carrying on with the game seems pointless. a fairly average button basher with a good co-op mode if you do feel the need to carry on though

Avatar is worth playing for the 1000 points you can get on the Xbox 360 version. This will take you all of 2 minutes (and I mean that literally). Sadly, you will more than likely stop playing it at this point. From this point of view it is really worthwhile renting out, but I cant comment on the rest of the game because I sent it back straight afterwards. I suspect most people will do the same.

The only reason I rented this game was to get the world's easiest 1000 gamerpoints. No exagerration, it is literally start game, walk to the side of the screen, keep pressing attack until you get up to a 50 hit combo. Hey presto, 1000 points.

I can't say if the game is actually any good, as i turned it off once I got the 5 achievements.

Well worth it if you want to boost your score a little.

Yea i never actually played more than 3 miniutes of the game, This is probably one of the best rentals your gonna get if you like getting achievements, But i probably say if your not so botherd about achievements avoid this game. Achievements only take like 2 minutes for all 1000 gamerscore

Well I just got the game to rack up some Achievement points. In the space of 5 minutes I had managed to increase my score by 1000 points and log onto my friends account and do the same. It really is that easy.

Not sure how good the rest of the game is but in all honesty who cares? You are only gonna be renting this title for the points not for the enjoyment of the full game.

To be honest, I didin't play the game, I rented it for the easy gamerpoints (I was having a little challenge with some friends as to who could get the most in 1 month and I was losing badly!)

Rent this only if you want to be 1000 achievement points richer, then return it straight away.

Just get to the 1st proper boss, and build up a combo on his henchmen, then wait for the boss to miss his attack and pull off a 3-hit combo. repeat till you hit 50 combo and you're set!

Ok so, this game wins hands down for being the easiest game ever for getting 1000 gamerpoints. It can literally be done in 2 minutes (5 if you count the time it takes to turn on the xbox, insert the disc and wait a bit for loading).

Which honestly, is a shame. When you think about how much time, money and effort goes into games like this, especially when their built on a license like Avatar, its a real let down to discover something like the acheivement points where added in almost as an afterthought. The cheevs themselves are based on your combo meter. Now normally a meter resets when you get hit or after a few seconds lapse and you dont make another hit. For Avatar, this is true for the first part. If you get hit, your meter gets reset. Unforunately, if you dont get hit your meter continues to grow and will only stop when you get to a cut-scence. Thats it.

So if you want an easy 1000, go ahead and get this game. Or if your really REALLY in love with Avatar and want to play it properly, also get this game. Otherwise, keep it where it should be; on the shelf.

Do this for the points, the game is utter drivel. On the first training area run to the left fence. Then simply blast the enemies with the B button. Repeat in battle two, all 1000 points within 3 minutes. Then quickly pop it back in the post and have a cold shower.

You can achieve all the gamers points, yes the full 1000, in only 8 seconds, no joke.

There is no point in playing this game except to boost your points, it is the worst game I have ever played and sent it back after I got the points. It really is shockingly bad. Stay away from it at all costs.

Quite how this game actually plays after the two minutes it held my attention for is anyone's guess.

To be honest, the developer's frankly inexplicable decision to award all 1000GP within 120 seconds of starting the thing pretty much killed any interest in this title stone dead.

I can't be too harsh with the scoring - I'm sure there might be a good little game in there for fans and/or kids - and it's obviously brilliant for adding to you Gamerscore, but it was a bit of a non-event for me.

This game is poor, i found it quite amusing that you could get the 1000 gamer points in under 5 minutes and it also made me feel like the programmers had been extremly lazy in making this game. After i got the points i played on for a bit but found nothing to keep me interested, the graphics are basic, the cut scenes are rubbish, the characters mouths dont even move! All in all i would say rent if you want the points but dont buy it, spend your money elsewhere.

that pretty much covers what i wanted to say about this game, yeah you get all 1000G from about 2minutes so if that's your thing, go ahead and rent it.. i went to play on after i got the 1000G to the bit where you had to jump over some kind of floating rocks, and got bored after doing the same thing for 3 or 4 minutes, sent it back literally 10minutes after i received it..

The developers and design team for this game deserve to be shot. It has the wors graphics i have seen for a supposed 'next generation title' and simply the worst gameplay i have witnessed. Avoid like the plague unless you want a 3 min easy 1000 for your gamescore. My little lad was disgusted with it too and he is the real critic!
