    Being a casual fan of teh games and having a general interest in animation i thought i'd give this a go.

    Of the 8 shorts there were only 2 that i didn't find myself skipping through from sheer tedium, poor production value and predictability. All very cookie cutter stuff.

    The standard of animation here is just not very high. I know anime is done in an economical style, but this just seems to lack the same kind of energy and dynamic direction that you would see in things like evangelion or any of the animatrix shorts you'd care to metion.

    In summary... a platoon of pants shorts.. what must the guys at bungie have thought!?
