    This film didn't know what it wanted to be: drama, thriller, political, consiracy and in the end it didn't fulfil any of them. What sounds good on paper, and occasionally looks good on screen, doesn't translate fully to film.

    We get set up after set up of shady shenalnigans onnly for their to be no (or little) pay off. And as for the ending, well...
