    The disc sent out had been laminated in plastic, perhaps teffalon, to prevent scratches. After this protective layer is applied the disc is about 1 millimeter wider then a standard dvd and a good deal thicker... as a result it just about manages to play but the vibrations and unhealthy sounds my panasonic dvd player make dominate the room with this disc inside.

    Having tried it in a playstation 2 as well I can say that this problem is not limited to specific players.
    I can understand the wish to preserve discs rather then resurface them into oblivion but not at the cost of knocking my dvd players laser out of alignment.   0 out of 1 person found this review helpful
