I can't say I'm a big fan of Mr Cage as an actor and everything he has done since face off seems to find him in the same kind of roles with his usual accent stealing the scene. Now I'm not a scientist or an expert in time travel but there are various times during the film where you find yourself thinking 'that isn't right??'. At one point a splits himself into 7 or 8 but ends up in the same place at the same time. The plot is full of holes and I found the watching experience lacking most of the time. Saying that this film is part of the reason I joined love film in that I can watch lots of films I wouldn't normally pay to rent sticking to safe bets. I may end up watching 4 films like this but hopefully will come across a couple of gems in the process. To conclude I've seen worse. It's a typical Cage film in that it's ok for wasting a few hours but there are far better out there.
