    Ignore the hype, and dont start the film with the idea that its going to be an action flick. Unless you like the Drama genre, you most likely will not like this film.

    The story is slow burning and contains alot of cliche's, its a story that has been told many times in different forms, but that isnt the point (hamlet for instance has been performed perhaps millions of times, and yet people go to see it again just to see how a certain actor portrays a charactor)

    Sometimes performances are so mesmerising that the story takes a back burner, and you sit back to enjoy the sheer acting ability like you would enjoy a meal (if that makes any sense!)

    If you like your storylines well defined, clear cut and with a distinct ending, this is not the movie for you (and thats not a slight to anyone, different strokes for different folks and all that)

    If however you can enjoy a film based soley on acting ability, then I think you will find this film outstanding.   1 out of 1 person found this review helpful
