    This film really does belong among the best (and I do not mean just of it's own genre - I am talking films in general).
    It is beautiful and capitvating with some very special performances and just stunnning aesthetic.
    Not everyone will love it, I admit if you can't cope with having some ambiguity and subtlety in your sci-fi then you will not be totally raving about this film. However, having said that I still think those who do not love it will still like it.
    I left the cinema with a longing for the sun (which is strange as I would normally regard the sun as the annoying being that tries to get in through the window and spoil an afternoon movie).   14 out of 18 people found this review helpful
