The effects in this film are fantastic, it is amazing how they do it. The story isn't one I was aware of but I really liked Beowulf's character, and Ray Winston plays the role brilliantly. Anthony Hopkins also plays a great role as king, and there were good supporting roles by John Malkovich and Angelina Jolie. The only thing with this type of effects film is that there were times when I was distracted from the story because I was just wondering how on earth they had made it.
A big thumbs up.
