Ok, for a lazy Sunday afternoon , 29 May 2008

    Pretty much middle of the road, as far as films of this genre go. The storyline has enough action to keep children and adults alike entertained and Clare Danes was fantastic as the fallen star. However, De Niro really should have said 'no' to this one; it's not the type of film we're used to seeing him in and I kind of feel it belittled him, a bit. Ricky Gervais, however, just played himself, as usual and was superb. Good for watching with the kids, but some parts might be a little scary for very young children.
