I'd have loved it even more if it went further over the top, but it's still good. The acting is just the right side of ham, but at least everybody seems to be enjoying themselves. It screams for a musical treatment, like a camper, if possible, Hairspray. It dwells a little too much on the trials of being gay in 50's hollywood, but it still leaves a smile on the face. If some enjoyable popcorn fun is what you are looking for, this is it.
