    By the end of this film I wished I was dead. I had little illusion that this would be a great movie but I thought at least I would be entertained by its special effects and the undead creatures that were lurking in the Island.

    The Budget was there but sadly the style and the ability to tell any type of story was not only absent but had gone on a long walk to the grave never to be seen or heard from again.

    There are many classic and cheesy zombie films prior to this abysmal game conversion, even the first resident evil movie was not only better but quite entertaining for my money I would stick with the old Romero trilogy and if you like more contemporary modern up to date Zombie flicks 28 days later and Sean of the Dead are sure fire winners.

    If by any chance you do rent 'House of the dead' please consume vast quantitites of....your choice of poison beacuse youd have to be wasted to enjoy this steaming pile of puppy poop!
