Caught between wanting to be Taxi Driver and Death Wish, this film ends up being a pointless waste of time. Unbelievable characters living unbelievable lives in unbelievable settings, this amounts to little more than a cartoonish revenge flick with little tension, no spark and at least 5 scenes nicked from other superior movies. Whatever way you look at it, there's little here that's new, exciting or worth the time it takes to watch. Mostly it's a lot of dumb action, big guns, poor acting, rubbish plot and stolen ideas - steer clear of this and watch Taxi Driver instead. It's a shame that Kevin Bacon has to work on this kind of trash when he's clearly way above it.
