I enjoyed this film, or at least the parts of it I was able to understand. Despite having a vague grasp of Italian, I still require subtitles, which were missing throughout at least half the film. Still, from what I understand, this was an enjoyable piece of Italian neo-realism, as desperate people undertake desperate measures in order to survive. I wish I could tell you more, but that's it until I get a fully translated version...
