  • Reno 911! Miami on DVD (2007)
Starring: Thomas Lennon,  Paul Rudd,  Patton Oswalt
    Director: Ben Garant
    Certificate: Certificate: 15
First of I have to point out that i'm not really into these big budget comedies that come out that are just crude and daft (you know, the recent national lampoon ones) but there is something I just love about Reno 911! I was already hooked on the tv show which i've only ever managed to see late at night on sky, but when I heard they were doing a movie I was worried. I loved the show but was ready for the dissapointment of a great 22 minute long show making a rubbish 84 minute film.

I've never been so glad to be so wrong. I waited till it was out to rent, I was suprised it had been on in the cinemas over here usually something like this would go straight to dvd when it came this side of the pond. As soon as i'd watched my rented dvd I ordered a copy to buy. The film is brilliant, hilarious, light-hearted film that's great to watch if you need cheering up. Making it a great transfer from tv to film. Don't worry if you haven't seen the show, the film won't leave you confused but it will possibly make you want to track down the tv show to watch.   10 out of 11 people found this review helpful
