Funny in parts , 14 October 2008

    This film is hilarious in places, but to be considered any good I would have expected it to have been funnier.

    Tim Robbins plays his comedy role very well which is surprising as he is not really known as a comedy actor. The part where they are robbing a hardware store for two flashlights had me in stitches and this is the part where Robbins showed he is capable of being funny.

    Martin Lawrence is OK but he basically plays the same role he always does and this means he is not that funny. I would actually say he is a bit tiresome as his character can be seen in numerous other roles in other films.

    If I had to characterise ths film it would be a typical Sunday afternoon film when the only other thing to watch is EastEnders. 2/5   2 out of 2 people found this review helpful
