    I have a habit of going to the Cambridge Film Festival and watching whatever is next on, and this time it was Monsters.

    Chance didn't disappoint.

    This film demonstrates that you don't need a big budget to tell a story, even if it involves extra-terrestrials.

    What this film lacked in budget, was more than made up for in the originality of the script, and the quality of the acting, and of course the choice of locations.

    I really expect that we'll be seeing a lot more of those involved, particularly the director, Gareth Edwards.   12 out of 22 people found this review helpful
