The crew of the Enterprise aren't actually singing - it's scenes taken from various Star Trek episodes spliced together, with one or two extra images, with a voice recording dubbed over - presumably from the original monty python sketch. It's done fairly well, and is somewhat amusing, but not what I expected from the description...
